SEL Lesson for PreK and Grade 1 Week of 5/18- Part 2

Hello Friends!  

This is the second part of the Self-Regulation lesson. Remember last week we talked about how YOU have the POWER to get back to the GREEN ZONE when you feel upset, worried or angry.  Practice the calming strategies below and PICK 2 that you plan to use when you need to calm down.
