Coping Skills Lesson

Hi my friends! Please view my video lesson on coping skills!  Coping skills are tools we can use when we are in the BLUE Zone (sad, upset), YELLOW Zone (worried, scared, frustrated) and RED Zone (mad, angry, yelling).  We know that no one is expected to be in the GREEN zone (happy, calm, content) all day, but if you want to get back to the GREEN zone, here are some helpful tips :)
