Yoga

Yoga is a wonderful activity that helps us develop flexibility and strength in our bodies, and happiness and peace in our mind. The great thing about yoga is that you can do it right in the comfort of your home. Since today is St. Patrick’s Day, let’s try some of these festive yoga poses!
